There are som very reputable companies out there however, offering instatn decision creidt cards and all you need to do is find the right one.  It’s best to stick to the big names if you can, as a general rule of thumb; these guys are likely to be around a while and they are much less likely to mess you about when it comes to fees etc.

Barclaycard can often give you an instant decision and they don’t get much more reliable than those guys do they?  That’s just one idea, but you get the picture about contacting the big credit card companies first.
