Basically the Captial one classic card is not a great credit card, but then you never asked for a great credit card, you asked for one you could get an instant decision on didn’t you?  And this card will give you an instant decision.  It can do this because it isn’t really risking anything at all by giving you one is it?  The interest rate is much to high, and there are no visible benefits to owing one really; except perhaps to build your credit rating if it’s had a few knocks in the past.

The low interest rate is also perfect for people who are not too good with credit and need to practive, or else those who don’t have a credit rating as such.  Spending a little on the £200 balance is a good idea if you can pay it back easily, otherwise you don’t need a credit card at all; you need a job!
